Arlene Schwartz Personalized Resume Service

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • You will contact me by e-mail or telephone.

  • We will arrange a time for a telephone or in person interview.

  • You will e-mail pertinent information to me, including old résumés and dates, and times of previous employment before our interview.

  • The telephone interview is usually 1 - 2 hours; the in person interview is about 2 hours.

  • You will not be asked to fill out any forms, each resume is individualized to meet your specific targeted needs.

  • Since we are a team, and I want you to feel that your résumé is the best you can get anywhere in the world, I will work with you to achieve that goal.

  • All prices are clearly stated prior to beginning your resume.

  • Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, and Certified Checks are accepted, and you will receive your resume package for proofing by e-mail within 3-5 working days (or more quickly if needed).

  • If you prefer, you may send a check made out to Arlene Schwartz. I will begin to prepare your resume immediately, but will not send it until the check has cleared.

  • Prices on resumes and resume packages include postage and handling charges up to $10.00.

  • You will assume responsibility for ensuring that everything on your resume is correct for content and final proofreading.

  • When you are totally satisfied with the rough draft, I will print the copies on a laser printer and mail the materials to you by Priority Mail or by Federal Express.

  • I will follow-up with a phone call or e-mail to make sure that you received the mailing and that you are satisfied with the work.

  • I will be available to assist you with mailing, faxing, or emailing specific cover letters and resumes.
